Visa Application Security clearance

Security clearance is a document required by representatives such as Embassy, Immigration, Custom, FRSC, etc, use to grant or deny an application. Our platform helps you to generate this document with easy at a shorter timeframe

How it works

Select “Visa Application” as the purpose for the security clearance.
Fill out a form presented by the AIVS system.
The form presented by the system would require you you to enter The Country Embassy, Applicant Name (Firstand Last name), Passport number, Date of Birth, Phone Number and Email Address.
AIVS System redirects to a payment gateway on validation and submission of the form.
On successful payment, the AIVS system generates a One-time Reference Number and QR Code. And permits the applicant to download the security clearance document.
The AIVS security clearance is automatically sent to the email address or phone number submitted during application with a unique passcode.

Vehicle Registration/Renewal

How it works

Select “Vehicle Registration/Renewal” as the purpose for the security clearance.
Fill out the form which is presented by the AIVS system.
The form presented by the system would contain the VIN number of the vehicle, Country of purchase, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Colour of Vehicle, Name of Requestor, Email address and phone number.
AIVS System redirects to a payment gateway on validation and submission of the form.
On successful payment, the AIVS system generates a Reference Number and permits the applicant to download the Proof of Payment.
The AIVS security clearance is automatically sent to the email address or phone number submitted during application with a unique passcode.

Passport Registration/Renewal Security clearance

How it works

Select “Passport Application/Renewal” as the purpose for the security clearance.
Fill out a form presented by the AIVS system.
The form presented by the system would contain Applicant Name (first, and last name), Passport number, Date of Birth, Phone Number and Email Address.
AIVS System redirects to a payment gateway on validation and submission of the form.
On successful payment, the AIVS system generates a One-time Reference Number and QR Code. And permits the applicant to download the security clearance document.
The AIVS security clearance is automatically sent to the email address or phone number submitted during application with a unique passcode.

Cargo Retrieval Security Clearance

How it works

Select Cargo Retrieval as the purpose for the security clearance.
Select the Cargo Type
Fill out the form which is presented by the AIVS system.
For Vehicle cargo, you are required to provide; VIN number of the vehicle, Country of purchase, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Colour of Vehicle
For Vessel you are require to provide; IMO number, Vessel Name, Ship Type and country
AIVS System redirects to a payment gateway on validation and submission of the form.
On successful payment, the AIVS system generates a Reference Number and permits the applicant to download the Proof of Payment.
The AIVS security clearance is automatically sent to the email address or phone number submitted during application with a unique passcode.
